Job Description
-Responsible for effectively HR Team and overall HR functions -Responsible to proceed of Recruitment and Selection ,Training and Development, Compensation and Benefit , Health & Safety,Welfare in accordance with approved procedures -Supports in providing a comprehensive HR service to all staff within the Organization. -Providing HR administrative support on day to day basis and contributing to the long-term development of HR function.
Requirements
-Should possess a recognized degree in suitable discipline. -An MBA/DMA will be highly Desirble -Diploma in HRM is preferable. -Should be proficient in English as the 2nd language in necessary -Minimum (5) years experience in HR with factory & a medium to large company -Training received in specialized HR Courses will be highly regarded -Must be computer literate and familiar with Email,Microsoft Word and able to prepare Power Point presentations
