Job Requirement

• Any Graduated with Diploma in Supply Chain Management
• Age between 30 – 40
• Must have above 5 years experience in related position
• Must have above 3 years experience in Purchasing Line (11kV, 33kV, 66kV, 132kV) and Substation (10 MVA)
• Must be Honest
• Strong Professional Knowledge
• Proficient in MS Office
• English 4 Skills (Communicate)
• Good in Communication and Negotiations Skills
• Good in Problem Solving Skills
• Must be able to travel

Job Description

• Reporting to the PM
• Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors / suppliers
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
• Review and analyze all vendors / suppliers supply and price options
• Develop plans for purchasing equipment services and supplies
• Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
• Ensure that the products and suppliers are high quality
• Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times and potential future development
• Monitoring and controlling logistics, warehouse and transportation process, materials and others
• Select carriers and negotiate contracts and rates
• Work with other department to incorporate logistics with company procedure and operations
• Working Days – Monday to Saturday
• Working Hour – 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Uniform + Yearly Bonus + Attendance Allowance
