Required Skills

1.Should posses a recognized degree i suitable discipline 2.An MBA/DMA will be highly desirable 3.Diploma in HRM is preferable
4.Should be proficient in English as the 2^nd  language is necessary
5.Minimum (5) years experience in HR with factory & a medium to large company
6.Training received in specialized HR Courses will be highly regarded
7.Must be computer literate and familiar with email,Microsoft Word and able to prepare Power point presentations………..
