-Female of age 30 and above
-Minimum 5 years experience as HR and 2 years of management
-Any Graduate with MBA will be preferred
-Candidates with relevant HR certificates will be added advantage
-Recommend/ Maintain HR policies and ensure HR policies are followed
-Setup HR system with HR software
-Implementation of recruiting , selecting , orienting , and training employees
-Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
-Provide advice to managers on candidates selection
-Implement performance management system including developing guidelines, forms and supporting documents and materials
