-To source for new land by JV or land tender for growth of the property development arm of Group

-To meet the Real Estate Business Development KPI

-To carry out the following work during Pres-Accusation Investment Stage

i.Networking ,Market Survey ,BOT

ii.Land & Togo Survey

iii.Site Investigation

iv.Due Diligence of Consultants, JV partners, etc.

v.Product Concept by outsource or in house Architects

vi.Negotiation with land owner after BOD approval

vii.Pr-Investment Expenditure approval

vii.Feasibility Studies

ix.BOD approval of investment

x.Sign MOU / Agreement

xi.Planning Permit

Requirements

-At least 10 years working experience with 5 years in real estate company

-Marketing , Engineering , Architecture or Finance Degree ,with MBA preferred.

-Well versed with Microsoft especially Excel and Power Point presentation
