To ensure operational process continuity is maintained, during a period of his/her absence, due sickness, leave, training or for any other reason, he/she shall Report to Department Head and delegate his /her duties and responsibilities, in writing, to a competent person attached with Leave from if necessary. • Monitoring every operation staff are perform their working instructions correctly on daily operations. • Ensure to follow and monitoring and engaging all Staff to comply Rules and Regulation especially in safety and Security. • Aware, monitoring, identify, evaluation and recording the hazard and report these hazards to SSQ Manager. • Responsible to Facilitating the flow of safety management information to all staff. • Responsible person for creating and maintaining a positive safety culture.
